Suffering bullying at work?
Bullying takes many forms, from constant micro
management, to intimidation and causing fear.
ACAS describes bullying as:
"Offensive, intimidating, malicious or insulting
behaviour, an abuse or misuse of power through
means that undermine, humiliate, denigrate or
injure the recipient."
If you are a victim of bullying at work, I advise

by colleagues or managers, or even owners.
